There are two ways you can sign up for a Daleel account.
Option 1: Sign up with an existing email address

Why can’t I access my account?
The app might not allow you to access your account for a few reasons:
This means that an account with your email already exists. It is possible that you are already registered with Daleel and should be able to regain access to your account by clicking on ‘Reset my password link’
If you’re seeing the error message above, the password you’re entering may be too easy for someone else to guess. The requirements for a strong password on Daleel are:
-At least 8 characters – At least one of these requirements: an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character – Not a common or easily guessable password
Please ensure that you are entering the right User ID and password combination to log in. If you forgot your password, you will be able to regain access to your account by clicking on ‘Reset my password link’
If the ‘Reset my password link’ feature is not working, you might have registered for an account using one of your social media accounts
While registering we ask you to fill in your email address as it is used for verification purposes and will help us in allowing you to regain access back to your account if you forget your email address or password at any point.
You can update all your information with the exception of your email address on the ‘Account and Profile’ section on the application. You can find this in ‘Settings’ on the bottom navigation bar.

Estimating your monthly loan payments is a simple process. Go on to our website and select ‘Loan Calculator’ found under ‘Resources’ on the main navigation bar:
Voila! Your results should appear on the screen.
Daleel’s app is available in both English and Arabic.
The app is currently available only in the Kingdom of Bahrain. But, we are looking to expand soon so keep an eye out!
Yes, Daleel is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Daleel is completely free for all users. Making finance easy and accessible is something we are focused on and very passionate about, so we wanted to ensure the app was easily accessible to everyone.
We use industry-standard security controls, to protect your personally identifying information. And our partners do the same. Please also note that we don’t sell your personal information to anyone.
Daleel’s application enables you to search, compare and find the right financial product for yourself. We have collated all the relevant information and conditions to be able to apply for a product you may be interested in. Once you choose a product, you are redirected to the bank’s portal to complete the application process.
Our next phase will allow you to complete your customer journey on Daleel and purchase financial products directly on the app making Daleel your one and only stop!
You can collect points by connecting your health data to allow the app to track your steps (5k steps = 10 Daleel points in a day!) or challenge yourself by taking one of our curated financial quizzes.
Once you have enough points, you can jump over to the ‘Rewards’ tab on the app to redeem a reward of your liking. Under each offer, you will find details on how many points are required to redeem the reward and how to redeem it.
Please note that the first time you redeem a reward, there is a minimum requirement of 100 Daleel points.
