Our hiring process

Daleel is looking for driven and passionate candidates to join the founding team. If you want to be a part of a team wanting to create change and build a financially inclusive world, Daleel is definitely the place for you. 

Our interview process is designed to expose you to each one of the founders and give a glimpse into Daleel’s life. It is not only about finding the right candidates for the role but finding the right place for YOU. 

Each candidate will go through a total of three rounds to identify the different strengths/skills you possess. Regardless of role, all candidates are treated equally and go through the same process to find the ‘best-fit’ for the respective role.

Initial screening

An introductory call with one of the founders to learn more about you, your experiences, and how you fit the role.

This round will also allow you to ask your questions and learn about the team and Daleel.

Assessment

After a successful first round, you will be given an assignment relevant to the role applied for i.e., a technical skills test, presentation, or a case study.

The second round will have you run through the response along with answering some questions that will test your relevant skills

Cultural fit

As part of the cultural fit test, you will have the chance to talk to the founding team in the last round.

You’ll be asked situational questions to learn how you’d act in different situations so that we can learn more about your experiences.
You’re hired! What’s next?

Induction week starts with a very excited welcome by the team at Daleel. You will get your welcome pack, which includes access to emails, relevant portals, and an introduction deck to learn more about the company, our financial products, clients, and all that fun stuff. Your manager will set up all the important meetings for the first week to keep you busy.

 

And then…..you’re going to dive right in!

During your first three months, HR will schedule weekly check-ins with you to make sure you’re on track and getting the help you need.
